REPORTS
MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 2025-10070190, 900 block of S. Dinwiddie Street. At approximately 9:04 p.m. on October 7, police were dispatched to the report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, it was determined the adult male victim and male suspect were outside when the suspect assaulted the victim with an apparent knife, resulting in lacerations. The suspect then fled the scene on foot. Responding officers located the victim on scene suffering from lacerations and immediately rendered aid before medics transported him to an area hospital with injuries considered non-life-threatening. Responding officers conducted a canvass of the area for the suspect yielding negative results. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male wearing all black clothing. The investigation is ongoing.
