REPORTS
SHOT FIRED, 2025-04300059, N. Carlin Springs Road at N. Glebe Road. At approximately 9:12 a.m. on April 30, police were dispatched to multiple reports of a shot heard in the area. The preliminary investigation indicates the suspect discharged a firearm from a white sedan before fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported. Responding officers canvassed the area for the suspect yielding negative results. The investigation is ongoing, and detectives are actively following up on leads in the case.
BURGLARY (late), 2025-04300027, 5600 block of 7th Road S. At approximately 4:21 a.m. on April 30, police were dispatched to the late report of a breaking and entering. It was determined the female victim was in her residence when she heard a noise and upon further investigation, observed the male suspect inside her home. The victim screamed and the suspect subsequently exited the residence. The suspect is described as a thin-build Hispanic male, approximately 5’6” and 140 pounds, wearing a winter hat. The investigation is ongoing.
