MALICIOUS WOUNDING BY CAUSTIC AGENT, 2025-07100219,1900 block of Richmond Highway. At approximately 6:37 p.m. on July 10, police were dispatched to the report of an assault with a weapon. Upon arrival, responding officers located an adult male suffering from the effects of pepper spray. The victim was treated by medics at the scene. During the course of the investigation, the victim provided limited information regarding the circumstances of this incident. The investigation is ongoing.
