REPORTS
ASSAULT ON POLICE, 2025-12110173, 1200 block of S. Hayes Street. At approximately 5:44 p.m. on December 11, an officer working a crime prevention detail at the Pentagon City Metro Station observed the male suspect wearing a face covering indoors and asked him to remove it. The suspect ignored commands and attempted to flee from the officer. The officer attempted to detain the suspect when a second male suspect grabbed the officer from behind. Additional responding officers were able to detain both suspects. No injuries were reported. Dalonte Davis, 25, of Washington D.C., was arrested and charged with Wearing a Mask in Public and Obstruction of Justice. Alonzo Davis, 25, of Washington, D.C., was arrested and charged with Assault on Police, Wearing a Mask in Public and Obstruction of Justice.
