REPORTS

UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2025-04270030, 2300 block of Washington Boulevard. At approximately 3:03 a.m. on April 27, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was the determined the male victim was inside his residence when the male suspect allegedly made entry into his home. Responding officers subsequently located the suspect on scene and took him into custody. Sreepal Chiluveru, 23, of Sterling, Va. was arrested and charged with Unlawful Entry and Public Intoxication.

ASSAULT ON POLICE, 2025-04280177, 1200 block of S. Hayes Street. At approximately 6:04 p.m. on April 28, an officer on patrol in the Pentagon City Metro Station stopped the juvenile female suspect for fare evasion. While in custody, the suspect began acting disorderly, ignored commands and assaulted three officers. The officers did not report any injuries. Petitions were sought for the suspect for Assault on Police (x3), Obstruction of Justice and Fare Evasion.

ROBBERY, 2025-04280237, 3700 block of Langston Boulevard. At approximately 11:12 p.m. on April 28, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined two male suspects entered the business, collected merchandise in shopping carts and attempted to leave the store without payment when they were confronted by an employee. The suspects then yelled at the employee, pushed past them and exited the business with one of the carts of stolen merchandise. The suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival in what is described as a dark-colored SUV or minivan. No injuries were reported. Suspect One is described as a Black male, approximately 5’9”, 200 pounds, wearing a red hoodie, gray pants and black and white shoes. Suspect Two is described as a Black male, approximately 6’2”, 170 pounds, wearing a gray hoodie, black pants and black shoes. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY (late), 2025-04270079, 3100 block of Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 9:54 a.m. on April 27, police were dispatched to the late report of a breaking and entering. It was determined between 11:00 p.m. on April 26 and 9:30 a.m. on April 27, the suspect(s) forced entry into the closed business, stole a safe containing an undisclosed amount of cash and subsequently fled the scene. There is no suspect description(s). The investigation is ongoing.
