REPORTS
UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2025-04210136, 200 block of N. Piedmont Street. At approximately 4:21 p.m. on April 21, police were dispatched to the report of trespassing. Upon arrival, it was determined the two male suspects made entry into a vacant residence and refused to leave the property. Responding officers made contact with the suspects, entered the residence, located Suspect One and Suspect Two inside the home and took them into custody. Habass Ibntalal, 40, of No Fixed Address was arrested and charged with Unlawful Entry and Obstruction of Justice. Richard Smith, 48, of No Fixed Address was arrested and charged with Unlawful Entry.
ROBBERY, 2025-04210112, 400 block of 11th Street S. At approximately 2:47 p.m. on April 21, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined a witness observed Suspects One and Two approach the male victim, steal his backpack and push him to the ground. Suspect Three then approached and assaulted the victim before the three suspects fled the scene in a white sedan. No injuries were reported. A lookout was broadcast and responding officers canvassed the area for the suspects yielding negative results. The suspects are described as Black males, approximately 16-21 years old. The investigation is ongoing.
