Arlington County Fire Department Announces New PIO

The Arlington County Fire Department is pleased to announce the appointment of Captain Jamie Jill as its new Public Information Officer (PIO). Captain Jill brings a wealth of experience to the position, with 13 years of service in fire and EMS, as well as 11 years in public information.

In this role, Captain Jill will serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, public information, and community updates. He will also oversee the management of the department's website and social media channels. Captain Jill will focus on ensuring the timely and accurate dissemination of information, fostering transparency, and enhancing community engagement with the department’s fire and EMS operations.
