REPORTS

BURGLARY, 2024-06230116, 4100 block of 3rd Road N. At approximately 4:32 p.m. on June 23, police were dispatched to the late report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined the two known suspects allegedly entered the victim’s residence, rummaged through items and stole various personal belongings. The suspects were identified and warrants were obtained. The suspects were located and taken into custody on June 24. William Perez De Alderete, 39, of Arlington, VA and Teneasha Keels, 29, of Arlington, VA were arrested and charged with Burglary, Conspiracy to Commit a Felony and Petit Larceny.

ROBBERY (late), 2024-06220054, 700 block of 12th Street S. At approximately 8:33 a.m. on June 22, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. It was determined at approximately 2:20 p.m. on June 14, the male victim was exiting a business when the male suspect approached him and demanded cash. The victim refused, left the area and walked to the Pentagon City Metro. While inside the Metro, the suspect approached the victim a second time, demanded cash and shoved the victim. The suspect then stole cash from the victim and fled the scene on foot. No injuries were reported. During the course of the investigation, the suspect was identified. On June 22, the victim reported to the Office of the Magistrate, completed a criminal complaint and a warrant for the suspect was obtained. On June 23, officers located the suspect inside a residence in the 500 block of 15th Street S. and took him into custody. Krieg Davis, 38, of Arlington, Va. was arrested and charged with Robbery.

BURGLARY, 2024-06250024, 3200 block of 10th Street N. At approximately 3:57 a.m. on June 25, police were dispatched to the report of an attempted stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, it was determined the two suspects tampered with a vehicle on the property before forcing entry into the business. Responding officers established a perimeter and searched the building for the suspects yielding negative results. It was determined the suspects rummaged through the interior before leaving the scene in a white sedan. It was unable to be determined if any items were stolen at the time of the report. One suspect is described as an unknown race/unknown gender individual wearing a black hoodie, green shirt, blue jeans and white shoes. There is no description of the second suspect. The investigation is ongoing.

BURGLARY, 2024-06230007, 1100 block of S. Joyce Street. At approximately 12:40 a.m. on June 23, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined that a male suspect forced entry into a business causing property damage and fled the scene on foot. At the time of the report, it was unable to be determined if items were stolen. Responding officers conducted a canvass of the area yielding negative results. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 6’, wearing a white shirt, white shorts, and black shoes. The investigation is ongoing.

ATTEMPTED MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 2024-06230108, 2500 block of 9th Street S. At approximately 3:42 p.m. on June 23, police were dispatched to the report of a fight. Upon arrival, it was determined that a witness was sitting on a bench when he was approached by the male suspect who engaged him in a verbal dispute. During the dispute, the victim, who is friends with the witness, verbally confronted the suspect during which the suspect became irate and began to throw chairs at the victim before fleeing the scene on foot. Medics treated the victim on scene for non-life threatening injuries. The suspect is described as a White Hispanic male, 5’5”-5’7”, wearing all black. The investigation is ongoing.

ROBBERY (late), 2024-06240178, 1100 block of S. Hayes Street. At approximately 5:55 p.m. on June 24, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. It was determined at approximately 5:20 p.m., the two juvenile male victims were inside a commercial property when they were approached by Suspect One who engaged Victim One in conversation before demanding his personal belongings and implying a weapon. Suspect One stole Victim One’s personal belongings before Suspect Two approached Victim Two, grabbed him and demanded cash. Suspect Two stole cash from Victim Two and both victims left the scene and subsequently called police. Responding officers canvassed the area for the suspects yielding negative results. Both suspects are described as a thin build juvenile Black males, approximately 5’8”, 15-17 years old, wearing all black clothing. The investigation is ongoing.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY (late), 2024-06230062, 1700 block of N. Bryan Street. At approximately 9:49 a.m. on June 23, police were dispatched to the late report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that around 5:00 a.m. on June 23, the unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the victim’s home, moved items around and subsequently fled the scene. No items were reported missing from the residence. There is no suspect description(s). The investigation is ongoing.
