About this Community Center

Lubber Run Community Center provides programs for youth, adults and seniors including a pre-school, senior center, gymnasium, fitness center, wellness studio and multi-purpose rooms for recreation programming and community use. The Center features an indoor track, multiuse court for volleyball, pickleball and basketball. There is also a customer service center offering class registration, facility reservations, paperwork/form drop-off and fee reduction applications. Parking is free for the first four hours. The new park adjacent to the community center is open for use.

Pardon Our Noise! Lubber Run Solar Installation Starts Week of June 16
Arlington County will be installing roof top solar panels at the Lubber Run Community Center to advance its clean energy and climate resiliency goals. The work will begin on the week of 6/16 and is expected to last 4-6 weeks, weather permitting. The work will occur Monday – Friday, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Daily operations of the community center will continue, but visitors are encouraged to use caution as there may be an increase in work vehicles, construction equipment and other construction-related activities. Work of this nature may generate dust and noise. Every effort will be made to minimize any inconveniences.
