Pre-Construction meeting held on Nov. 13, 2025. Notice to Proceed (NTP) issued for construction to begin on January 26, 2026. Construction is estimated to take one year.

About the Project

This Parks Maintenance Capital project will renovate the northern portion of Lacey Woods Park. The project scope includes the restrooms and picnic shelter, basketball court lighting, site furnishings, site circulation, ADA improvements, limited fencing, stormwater management, drainage, and landscaping. The existing playground is not included in this renovation phase. It should be noted that the original scope of the project included renovation of the basketball court surface, court fencing, and basketball hoops; however, due to construction costs coming in higher than expected these items have been deferred to a later date.
