Rain Garden Workshop

A rain garden is a bowl-shaped planted landscape feature that captures and absorbs stormwater runoff. At this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to design, build, plant and maintain a rain garden on your property.

This workshop is a partnership between the Northern Virginia Regional Commission, Northern Virginia Soil & Water Conservation District, and Arlington County.
