Home Maintenance Workshops

The Home Maintenance Workshop is designed to equip Arlington residents with valuable knowledge about home maintenance and basic repairs. Participants will gain essential skills in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, and energy savings. Registration starts at 9:45 am, with exhibitors available from 10 am to 1 pm to address financing, energy-saving, and real estate inquiries for those not attending the workshops. The Housing Outreach staff has organized the event with our non-profit partner, ASTRACOR. Renowned experts from ASTRACOR, Arlington Community Federal Credit Union, and Dominion Energy are set to lead the workshops, with the ultimate goal of empowering participants to become more informed and self-assured homeowners
