Sworn Officer Position Highlights:

-Hiring bonus up $25,000

-New officer starting salary $72,013.50 and the annual starting salary automatically increases to $90,012 on July 1, 2026
-Lateral officer maximum starting salary $95,491.50*. Effective July 1, 2026, maximum salary for lateral officers increases to $103,330*
-Patrol officers work the equivalent of a 37.5 hour work week with 4 and 5 days off at a time
-25 year retirement (no age limit)
