Choose whether the bike you are entering is stolen or not stolen at the top of the form.
If your bike was stolen in Arlington County, VA, make sure you file an online police report with ACPD in addition to registering with Bike Index to ensure the best possibility of returning your bike to you if it is located.

Please note: Effective, April 2026, ACPD is no longer providing bike registration stickers.
Completing your registration on Bike Index is considered proof that your bike is registered with the Arlington County Police Department (screenshots of your bike’s registration on Bike Index may serve as proof to your apartment complex, dwelling, etc. that your bike has been successfully registered.)
