Family Fun Day in the Park is a free community event with activities suitable for all ages!

Activities are 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. unless otherwise noted
Events are subject to change due to weather restrictions.
Event Activities:
- Family Wiffle T-Ball
- Sand Bocce
- Zen Garden
- Migratory Bird Walk
- Trail Races
- Arts & Craft Make and Takes including flower crowns, 3D paper flowers, and upcycled litter bugs
- Arlington Nature Centers will be on-site with animals and a microscope activity
- Bubble Station including bubble machines, bubble wands, and more
- Lawn Games
- Music
AFAC Food Drive - Please drop off non-perishable foods, including canned soup, vegetables, tuna, tomatoes and beans & cooking oil in the AFAC boxes stationed at Family Fun Day in the Park
Street parking at Alcova Heights Park is extremely limited. Attendees are encouraged to walk, bike, carpool, or take public transportation to the event. Click here for walking, Biking, and public transportation directions using Moovit.
