The due date for Vehicle Personal Property and 2nd Installment Real Estate Taxes is Oct. 5, 2024. As Oct. 5 falls on a Saturday, payments are being accepted without penalty if received or postmarked by Oct. 7, 2024.
This nearly 20-acre park is packed with opportunities for fun. There are two lighted diamond fields (permit takes priority), six lighted tennis courts, two tennis practice walls, two pickleball courts, two lighted basketball courts and a volleyball court. There is also a rectangular field (permit takes priority), lighted synthetic rectangular field (permit takes priority), a sprayground to cool off in the hot summer, three pétanque courts and an interim dog run sponsored by Pentagon City Dogs. The park also features the Highlands Urban Garden, managed by the Arlington Friends of Urban Agriculture, that demonstrates the benefits of community-driven urban agriculture. View a map of the park.
