In just 2 hours, this free course, delivered onsite at your community organization by Arlington County Emergency Management, will empower you to:

• Craft an emergency plan tailored to your setting.
• Assemble a life-saving emergency kit.
• Learn best practices for calling 9-1-1.
• Maintain situational awareness.
• Provide psychological comfort to those in distress.
• Practice essential first-aid skills like using tourniquets, positioning the injured, and stopping the bleeding.
