For Kids and Teens
The Arlington County Community Engagement Team offers a range of engaging, kid-friendly services and programs aimed at educating children about fire and life safety. These services are designed to teach safety principles in a fun and memorable way, helping kids understand fire risks and how to respond safely during an emergency.
Goals for our Youth Programs
We empower kids with fire safety knowledge that could save lives in an emergency. By starting education early, these programs help children develop the skills and confidence to act appropriately, like knowing how to evacuate safely, avoid fire risks, and recognize when to call 911. Through these engaging programs, we help Arlington's youngest residents become safety-conscious community members.
