Strengthening Families Program
Program Description
Welcome to Strengthening Families! This 7-week program is for students ages 10 to 14 and their parents/caregivers. All Strengthening Families classes are FREE. We provide dinner at every session, and we've got you covered for childcare for children under the age of 10. This program is a fun, interactive workshop for students and parents/caregivers to enhance their skills in:
- Communication
- Setting goals as a family
- Standing up to peer pressure
- Managing stress and emotions
- Solving problems together
- Positive discipline strategies
- Having FUN!
Upcoming Classes:
Meetings are held every Wednesday for 7 weeks from 5:30–8 p.m.
