County Board Organizational Meeting

ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA
NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON MONDAY, JANUARY 5, 2026, at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, in County Board Room 307, 2100 Clarendon Blvd. Arlington VA 22201, the Arlington County Board will hold its Organizational Meeting and will take action on the following matters: election of Chairman and Vice Chairman; adoption of 2026 Meeting Schedule, Meeting Procedures, including Annual Budget and Tax Rate(s) hearings, and Tie Breaker Resolution; appointments to regional bodies and other groups; Chairman’s Address; remarks by Board Members; and concluding activities.

The public is welcome to attend. The meeting will be available through live stream at www.arlingtonva.us and local cable stations on Comcast 25 & 1073 and Verizon FiOS 39 & 40.
