The Arlington County Human Rights Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission will hold an event for the Mongolian Community on July 25, 2015 at Arlington Central Library.  This is an effort to establish a communication link between the county government and the Mongolian Community on issues of civil and human rights, including discrimination based on national origin and immigration. The goal is to share with the Mongolian Community information about programs and resources that are available to the community.

We want to make sure that the Mongolian Community is aware of their rights as citizens and immigrants (documented or not). It’s important that every member of the Mongolian Community understands where to go for questions or concerns, and what to do if he/she feels discriminated against.  In order to ensure this, we extend an invitation to all members of the Mongolian Community to join us for a meeting and presentation on these issues and enjoy some refreshments.

Disability accommodations available upon request. Call 703-228-7096. Please provide 24-hr notice.
