Community Services Board State Performance Contract
The Arlington County Community Services Board (CSB) invites members of the public to review the proposed Arlington State Performance Contract for Fiscal Years 2026 and 2027(PDF, 4MB). This contract provides for the funding of services offered directly or contractually by the CSB in a manner that ensures accountability and quality of care for clients participating in services. The Performance Contract operationalizes the mission of supporting individuals by promoting recovery, self-determination and wellness in all aspects of life.
The CSB is actively seeking public comment prior to its review and adoption of the State Performance Contract for Arlington. Although the CSB welcomes public comment throughout the year, the comment period for the Arlington State Performance Contract for Fiscal Years 2026 and 2027 is: August 6 - September 6, 2025. Comments should be submitted through the form below or sent by email to contactcsb@arlingtonva.us. Additionally, members of the public may sign up to speak at a County Board meeting or a CSB monthly meeting, as a part of the public comment section of the meeting.
The Arlington County CSB consists of community members appointed to oversee services provided by the Department of Human Services to persons challenged by mental health, developmental disabilities and substance use. Learn more by visiting the CSB website.
