The Mary Marshall Memorial Scholarship was established by the Arlington County Board in 1994 to honor the memory of Mary Marshall, an outstanding public servant who represented Arlington County for 24 years as a delegate to the Virginia General Assembly. The scholarships are one reflection of the importance the County places on public service and the development of its future leaders. The Mary Marshall Memorial Scholarship is administered by the Arlington Community Foundation. Contact the AFC for more information and to apply.
