Meetings

The meetings generally occur on the second Wednesday of each month. The meetings will be held 7:30-9:30 am, except for June. The in-person part of the Hybrid meetings take place in Room 311 (2100 Clarendon Blvd., Arlington, VA 22201), except April (Room 216) and June (Room 100 - Birch).

The C2E2 Energy Committee has resumed in-person plus virtual hybrid meetings. The Committee adopted the Energy Committee Electronics Meeting Policy(PDF, 121KB) in August 2022 and can meet all virtually up to three (x3) times per calendar year.  

All hybrid meetings will be recorded to facilitate meeting minutes.

How to View and Participate

The committee sets aside the first few minutes of each meeting for general public comment and encourages residents to provide comments on the community’s energy issues and opportunities. Note: individuals may speak for three minutes; those representing an organization may speak for five minutes.
