Climate Change, Energy and Environment (C2E2) Meetings

The Commission adopted the C2E2 Electronics Meeting Policy(PDF, 79KB) in July 2022 and can meet virtually up to three (x3) times per calendar year.

How to View and Participate

Meetings: The last Monday of each month from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm (except in August and when holidays conflict). See the schedule on the C2E2 webpage to view meeting dates, agendas and materials.

• To provide written public comment, submit your comments online by 12 noon the day of the meeting. They will be shared with the commission members at the beginning of the meeting.
• To speak during public comment (at the beginning of the meeting), please let the Chair or staff liaison know prior to the meeting. 
• All hybrid meetings will be recorded to facilitate meeting minutes. Meeting minutes will be posted on the C2E2 webpage once they are approved by the Commission.
