Metrobus Route 16M Ribbon Cutting Event

The community is invited to join Arlington County at the ribbon cutting ceremony for WMATA’s Metrobus Route 16M Columbia Pike-National Landing. The ceremony will take place at the Arlington Mill Community Center and will feature remarks from a members of the Arlington County board and staff, and representatives from Fairfax County, WMATA, the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT), and the Northern Virginia Transportation Commission. 

This new bus route will launch on Sunday, June 25, and will expand connectivity between the Skyline neighborhood in Fairfax County, through Columbia Pike, and extend to Crystal City Metro. The route represents the growth of Columbia Pike as a Premium Transit Corridor.
