Beginner Quilling

16 Sep 2024 Learn to create beautiful, delicate, raised images from coils of one-eighth inch wide paper strips. You’ll use a few basic tools to wind the paper strips into coils, and then create shapes such as flowers, butterflies, animals and abstract shapes to embellish note cards. Supplies will be provided.
