TRAFFIC ALERT: Ai Unlocked Festival

ARLINGTON, Va. – The Ai Unlocked Festival will take place in Crystal City on Friday, October 3, 2025 and Saturday, October 4, 2025. The Arlington County Police Department will conduct the following road closures, beginning on Wednesday, October 1 to facilitate event set-up until Sunday, October 5, to accommodate the event:
From 7:00 a.m. on October 1 to 4:00 p.m. on October 5:
- S. Bell Street from 18th Street S. to 20th Street S.

- NB only traffic allowed from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
From approximately 6:00 a.m. on October 3 to 4:00 p.m. on October 5:
- 200 – 300 block of 19th Court S.
From approximately 7:00 p.m. on October 3 to 4:00 p.m. on October 5:
- The 200 block of 18th Street S. (access parking garages between S. Bell Street and Crystal Drive via the alley between 18th Street S. and 20th Street S.)
- Crystal Drive from 15th Street S. to 20th Street S.

- The NB traffic lane will be restricted to the bus lane only from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Water Park Tower parking garage will be accessible
Attendees are encouraged to use the Crystal City Metro Station (Blue and Yellow lines) or other multimodal transportation options to reduce vehicular traffic in the area. Community members should expect to see an increased police presence in the area, and motorists are urged to follow law enforcement direction, be mindful of closures, and remain alert for increased pedestrian traffic. Additional closures not mentioned above may be implemented at police discretion in the interest of public safety.
Street parking in the area will be restricted. Motorists should be on the lookout for temporary “No Parking” signs and illegally parked vehicles may be ticketed or towed. If your vehicle is towed, please use the online portal to find out the status of your vehicle and where it is located. The online portal is updated in real time. If you cannot locate your vehicle or need additional support using the online portal, call the County non-emergency number at 703-558-2222.
