Police Seek Assistance Identifying Peeping Suspect

ARLINGTON, Va. – The Arlington County Police Department's Special Victims Unit is seeking the public’s assistance identifying and locating a peeping suspect who was captured in surveillance images.
At approximately 11:43 a.m. on August 19, police were dispatched to Aurora Hills Library, located in the 700 block of 18th Street S., for the report of disorderly conduct. The preliminary investigation indicates the female victim was inside a restroom when the male suspect entered and allegedly looked under her stall. The victim then exited the restroom and left the property. The suspect left the scene prior to police arrival and responding officers canvassed the area for the suspect yielding negative results.
The suspect is described as a Black male in his 40’s, approximately 5’8”, 150 pounds, wearing a green hoodie, black hat and white shoes.
The preliminary investigation indicates the suspect may have had verbal contact with other individuals while on scene.
