Police Invite Public to Summer 2025 Quarterly Community Meetings

ARLINGTON, Va. – The Arlington County Police Department’s (ACPD) Community Engagement Division invites the public to the summer quarterly community meetings covering community issues, crime prevention tips and quality of life concerns. All are welcome to attend these meetings that will cover topics including, but not limited to:
- Information on how to spot, avoid and report scams
- Back-to-school safety tips
- A transportation safety presentation by Vision Zero
- Answers to questions from community members
ACPD wants to ensure the information presented during the quarterly community meetings is tailored to the community’s areas of interest. Attendees are encouraged to submit question(s) through ACPD’s Quarterly Community Meeting Question Form no less than three business days ahead of the meeting they plan to attend.
Locations of ACPD’s quarterly community meetings will rotate to various locations in the community in addition to being available virtually by a Teams link, shared below and on ACPD’s website and social media channels. The two meetings will cover the same materials and community members are welcome to attend both or the meeting that best fits their availability.
ACPD’s Summer 2025 Quarterly Community Meetings will be held at the following times and locations:
Thursday, August 7, 2025, 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Fairlington Community Center, Room 118, 3308 S. Stafford Street
