All wedding services are either donated by local community vendors or paid for by the Friends of the Arlington Public Library. (See the list below.)

Leading up to the wedding day, library patrons can sign a guestbook in the lobby of Central Library. On July 10, patrons are also invited to make upscale paper book flowers to decorate the wedding space. The day before the wedding, patrons are invited to learn the art of flower arrangement while making bud vases for the big day. Both events are free.
In partnership with the Virginia Tourism Corporation, the library will showcase a large outdoor LOVEwork sculpture on the grounds at Central Library July 10-16, 2025. Visitors and Arlington residents will be able to enjoy and take photos with the iconic sculpture, which is part of the Commonwealth’s "Virginia is for Lovers" brand.
