REPORTS

MISSILE INTO OCCUPIED VEHICLE, 2024-06090236, 14^th Street N. at N. Nelson Street. At approximately 7:51 p.m. on June 9, police were dispatched to the report of disorderly conduct. The preliminary investigation indicates a suspect inside a vehicle threw food items at the victim’s moving vehicle, striking it. Officers located the vehicle in the area of N. Quincy Street at 20^th Street N. and conducted a traffic stop. The four juvenile occupants of the vehicle were identified and the investigation into the circumstances of the incident are ongoing. 

UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2024-06080086, 1300 block of S. Edgewood Street. At approximately 7:54 a.m. on June 8, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined a witness observed the male suspect in the victim’s gated backyard, who subsequently left the scene. No items were reported damaged or stolen. The suspect is described as a Black male in his 20’s wearing all black clothing. The investigation is ongoing.

PEEPING (Late), 2024-06090259, 3400 block of Potomac Avenue. At approximately 9:44 p.m. on June 9, police were dispatched to the late report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that at approximately 10:00 p.m. on June 8, the female victim observed an unknown male suspect look into a window of her residence. The suspect is described as a Light-skinned male, early 30s, approximately 5’9”, with black hair and brown eyes. The investigation is ongoing.
