REPORTS
ASSAULT BY MOB, 2024-07170087, 5200 block of Yorktown Boulevard. At approximately 12:33 p.m. on July 17, police were dispatched to the report of an assault with injury. Upon arrival, it was determined that four juvenile male suspects assaulted the male victim following a verbal dispute. The victim was transported to an area hospital for minor injuries and released. Petitions are pending for Assault by Mob for the four juvenile suspects.
BURGLARY, 2024-07180012, 1100 block of N. Glebe Road. At approximately 2:17 a.m. on July 18, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary alarm. Upon arrival, it was determined that 3-4 suspects forced entry into the business causing property damage and rummaged through the building before fleeing the scene in a white sedan. No items were reported missing at the time of the report. Responding officers conducted a canvass of the area yielding negative results. No suspect descriptions are available at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
