REPORTS
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2024-02010140, Langston Boulevard at N. Oak Street. At approximately 1:11 p.m. on February 1, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined the victims were walking in the area when they observed the male suspect allegedly exposing himself. Responding officers located the suspect on scene and took him into custody. Channing Ballinger, 39, of No Fixed Address was arrested and charged with Public Masturbation. He was held without bond.
UNLAWFUL ENTRY (late), 2024-01310069, 4400 block of 4th Street N. At approximately 9:15 a.m. on January 31, police were dispatched to the late report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined between 11:21 p.m. on January 30 and 2:55 a.m. on January 31, the male suspect made entry into the residential building during which he tampered with and stole the contents of packages from the mail room before leaving the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a Black male in his early 30’s with facial hair wearing a white hoodie, black jacket, black jeans, white sneakers and a black hat. The investigation is ongoing.
