REPORTS

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY, 2023-11010237, 3500 block of 19^th Street S. At approximately 6:26 p.m. on November 1, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, it was determined that after the suspect was advised she could not enter the property, she allegedly began kicking and attempting to break glass panes on the door. The suspect was located on scene by responding officers and was taken into custody. Danielle Hardy, 40, of No Fixed Address, was arrested and charged with Attempted Burglary.

BURGLARY (late), 2023-11010228, 1900 block of Wilson Boulevard. At approximately 5:38 p.m. on November 1, police were dispatched to the late report of a larceny. The preliminary investigation indicates that at approximately 10:55 p.m. on October 28, the unknown suspect made entry into the business, rummaged through the interior and stole an undisclosed amount of cash before leaving the scene. The suspect is described as a skinny-build Black male wearing a black shirt and a white hat. The investigation is ongoing.
