Additional community benefits include an affordable housing contribution, transportation infrastructure improvements, and a commitment to sustainable design. The Board vote adopts the PenPlace, Park Master Plan and Design Guidelines.

- An update to the 2006 plan, which includes several revisions to policies and design guidelines related to future development.
- General Land Use Plan (GLUP) Map and Booklet amendments.
