REPORTS
UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2020-07230090, 2400 block of S. Glebe Road. At approximately 11:59 a.m. on July 23, police were dispatched to the report of a trespassing subject. Upon arrival, it was determined that the known suspect forced entry to a vacant hotel room. Hotel staff located the suspect inside the room and contacted police. The investigation determined that the suspect had entered rooms on numerous occasions and caused damage during the last few months. The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2020-07230055, 2800 block of Clarendon Boulevard. At approximately 9:31 a.m. on July 23, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that on July 16 at approximately 5:00 p.m., the victim was walking in the area when the suspect allegedly pulled down his pants exposing himself. On July 23 at approximately 8:45 a.m., the victim was in the same area again when the suspect allegedly approached her and pulled down his pants exposing himself, then began touching himself inappropriately. The victim left the area and called police. Officers canvased the area and located the suspect, who was positively identified. William Wise, 53, of No Fixed Address was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure (x2).
