REPORTS
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2018-10180110, 3100 block of Lee Highway. At approximately 11:27 a.m. on October 18, police were dispatched to the report of an indecent exposure just occurred. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was inside her vehicle when she allegedly observed a male suspect masturbating inside a vehicle parked next to hers. Responding units canvased the area and located the suspect based on the description provided by the victim. Olumide Onakoya, 42, of Temple Hills, MD, was charged with public masturbation.
