ATTEMPTED MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 160602052, 800 block of S. Greenbrier Street. At approximately 6:00 p.m. on June 2, police were dispatched to the report of a fight. Following a verbal altercation, a male suspect brandished a machete and began swinging it at several victims. No victims were injured during the incident. Warrants were issued for Darrell Nesbitt, 27, of Arlington VA, for attempted malicious bodily injury.

ROBBERY, 160602063, 2100 block of N 15^th Street. At approximately 9:54 p.m. on June 2, police responded to a robbery that had just occurred. Employees observed two females and a male suspect enter the store and conceal merchandise in their backpacks. When approached by employees, one of the female suspects attempted to hit the employee with a wine bottle. Two of the three suspects were apprehended shortly after at a metro station. The first suspect is described as a black female wearing a blue dress. One juvenile female suspect was arrested and transported to the Landmark Juvenile Detention Facility for robbery.
