REPORTSPEEPING TOM, 160810010, 3900 block of N. Abingdon Street. At approximatley 6:08 a.m. on August 10, police were dispatched to the report of a suspicious person. Two neighbors reported witnessing a male pacing back and forth between houses, possibly looking into windows. The suspect fled the area once the victims witnessed him. A canvas of the area was conducted by police with negative results. The suspect is described as a black male, medium build, approximately 6'0" tall. He was wearing dark clothing and a hooded sweatshirt.
