Department of Real Estate Assessments Review: Application Deadline March 1st If March 1st falls on a weekend, the deadline for filing an application is the next business day.
Board of Equalization Review: Application Deadline April 17th If April 15th falls on a weekend, the deadline for filing an application is the next business day.
As a first level assessment appeal review may not be completed prior to the Board of Equalization appeal deadline of April 15, those property owners who have not received the results of a first level appeal by April 1, should file an appeal with the Board of Equalization to preserve the option to a second level appeal.
