How to View and Participate in a TC Hearing

Transportation Commission meetings are generally hybrid meetings where members of the public may attend in-person at the Bozman Government Center, 2100 Clarendon Boulevard, Room 307 (generally in-person meetings are in the County Board Room) or via electronic communications using a Microsoft Teams link found on the commission home page.

All-virtual meetings: Feb 27, March 27, May 29, Aug. 28 and Nov. 20.

A recording of the meeting will be archived on the website within days.

The public can participate by sharing live verbal testimony or written comments in advance:

• Sign up online by noon on the day of the hearing to speak through Teams during the public hearing. A sign-up sheet will be available in the hearing room for those attending in person. Registered speakers will receive an email with further instruction regarding their Teams participation. 
• Submit written comments online to the Transportation Commission. Comments received by noon on the day of the hearing will be provided to the Commission in advance of the public hearing.
