DRE Together Partners

The Dialogues on Race and Equity (DRE) are part of the County’s broader commitment to racial equity and follow the County Board’s 2019 equity resolution.

Arlington civic associations, nonprofits, faith partners, and businesses are invited to join as DRE Together Partners.  As a DRE Together Partner you will:

  • Participate in 3-hour DRE Together facilitation training
  • Host at least two 2-hour interactive conversations within your own organization
  • Share key emerging themes from your interactive conversations

Additionally, DRE Together Partners receive both facilitation and participant discussion guides.
