The applicants, PL Pentagon LLC, Pentagon Residential I LLC, and Pentagon Residential II LLC c/o Kimco Realty Corp, request an amendment to the Pentagon Centre Phased Development Site Plan (PDSP #297) to revise land use mix, project phasing, and the layout, size and shape of buildings and open space.

Additional project details include the following density changes from the 2015 PDSP amendment:

• Decrease in retail GFA from 346,600 sf to 269,000 sf
• Increase in residential GFA from 706,700 sf to 1,959,000 sf
• Increase in office GFA from 705,700 sf to 1,039,000 sf
• Increase in hotel GFA from 203,000 sf to 229,000 sf
• Increase in overall FAR from 2.68 to 4.78
• Increase in open space from 143,000 sf to 186,000 sf
