2024 business license tax filings and, if applicable, payments, are due on or before March 1, 2024, 11:59 PM EST. All returns should be filed online through the Customer Assessment & Payment Portal (CAPP).

Improve pedestrian safety and crossing movement at the intersection of N. Longfellow St and 16th Street N near The Italian Store and Westover Village Apartments. Curb extensions with ramps at the NW and NE corners of the intersection to include accessible ramps; 4’-5’ wide sidewalk, curb and gutter on the southside to include an accessible ramp. A new 20’ wide driveway apron will be included at the back entrance of The Italian Store. Permeable pavers with “Westover” in accent color; new boulders and a high raised concrete planter wall on the westside of N. Longfellow St. Parking will remain, with no reductions. However, there will be no parking on Fridays, 7am-4pm in several locations to accommodate delivery trucks entrance and exit.
