Stormwater Management Zoning Study Public Meeting

This zoning study will recommend changes to existing zoning standards to allow more flexibility for locating public stormwater management facilities.  Also, the Public Spaces Master Plan recommends updating setback rules for more flexible public space master planning and development.  The study will recommend changes to the existing zoning standards to account for this desired flexibility for both stormwater management facilities and public spaces.
