Thanks for Your Input

Over the past two months, staff reached out to the community to get input on the first draft of the Forestry and Natural Resources Plan.  We wanted to refine the draft to best reflect community interests and your connection to the environment. 

The 60-day community comment input closed on Oct. 3, 2022.   

Throughout the past months we have presented the plan at pop up engagements, community events, a virtual open house, at various commission meetings and through numerous online platforms. You can view the draft Arlington County Forestry and Natural Resources Plan here and learn the next steps here.  Thank you for your input!
