The Quarterly Development Tracking Report summarizes residential and commercial development activity and trends in Arlington. Information in these reports is generated from County staff reports, County Board minutes and data on Certificate of Occupancy (CO) permits, building permits and demolitions permits.

Highlights from this quarter’s report:

The Wendy (SP #435) with 231 residential units and 4,000 SF of retail was completed.
The Melwood site located at 750 23rd Street South with 105 residential units and 17,033 SF of other space and 4230 Columbia Pike with 110 residential units were approved by the County Board.
The Best Western in Rosslyn, garden apartments at 1501 N. Pierce St. and 1523 Fairfax Drive, 1401 Langston Boulevard (formerly Key Bridge Marriott), and Macy's Department Store and Offices in Ballston started demolition.
