Pay Online/Use Account Online

The Treasurer's Office collects payments for the County including Department of Environmental Services (DES) bills for water-sewer-refuse utilities. The Treasurer's Office uses the CAPP online system, which is linked to the DES customer portal. Best to be signed up for both and not have to deal with the U.S. Postal Service.

Contact us if a payment isn’t reflected on your account. Learn more about payment options.
