Artist Cliff Garten is developing artwork to mark the three major entryways into Arlington along Rosslyn’s North Lynn Street corridor. The project is being delivered in three distinct phases, two of which are already complete: Phase I: JBG SMITH’s Central Place plaza across from the Rosslyn Metro entrance (Gravity and Grace, 2018) and Phase II: the Lynn Street Esplanade and Custis Trail Improvements adjacent to Key Bridge (Luminous Bodies, 2020). The proposed third and final phase is a possible treatment of the Meade Street Bridge.
